I think A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood suffered from being released only one year after the incredible documentary Won't You Be My Neighbor? The movie is pretty good, but it can't hold a candle to the the documentary.

Some good movies on here but none I need to own right now. Thanks for the share! It's under $4.99 Stars of Asteroid City if you can't find it via the link.

I think that they're both really good films, and what people don't realize going into the movie is that it's not strictly focused on Mr. Rogers.
I wouldn't it's a "can't hold a candle" situation, but understanding the movie doesn't tell the same story as the documentary. They're both rated over 90% on Rotten Tomatoes for both viewer and critics, and nearly within 1 point on IMDB.
All of that being said - have tissues during either of these films, but ESPECIALLY for the documentary you will need them.
Motherless Brooklyn is pretty great. Good cast, interesting story, and even a fun story on how it was made… apparently Norton called in all his favors and gave a bunch of IOUs
Wild Things popped up on the tube the other day. I do miss the good old days when they made adult-themed movies.Instead of just endless universes of comic-book movies and cartoons.
