"MOst powerful cordless laser vacuum" ....LOL..As if other vacuums have a laser! Super easy to make that claim. People who buy a vacuum, let alone one that has a $150 battery that you cant replace, have got to be delusional. I just tested 10 vacs and will be doing reviews for them with videos on Amazon, and they are ALL under $200, mostly around $120, and half of them did a decent job, while 2 that were 20volt and 24volt did the best job. I am sure that the Dyson claim of 50volts will do a even more thorough job, BUT, at what price? The 2 I tested and recommend, cleaned wet coffee ground in one sweep without leaving much pushed around or in the brush head. This was the toughest test. I am sure Dyson will do just as good, and perhaps better if the brush head is designed well. But, seriously this extra power can be seen in other models that sell for $200-300.
**ALSO, keep in mind, that models with the motor on top where you control it from are far heavier and harder on the hands and maneuverability than those with motor on the bottom, AND the suction is better when the motor is closer to the ground and dirt vs creating a suction vacuum in a long tube with more debris chance of clogging or not making it in time.
You really do pay 50% more, mostly for the marketing, while getting a decent vacuum.
You sure do seem keen to comment on something you have no experience with. Dyson stick vacs are tested as best in class, if a little expensive.

Dysons are Apple of vacuums and air purifiers. Design and aesthetics + overall user experience + tech wizardry marketing + build quality. Rest at par with others.

Buying a dyson is like one of the most complicated purchases I've made in forever. This is basically last generations model? The gen5 is better? Even once you pick the generation or model, there are like 5 variants and exclusives for different sellers? It's so confusing.

Please share the better ones in your opinion. I'm about to pull the trigger
I have a Dyson stick vacuum and I am not sure selling my functioning Oreck corded vacuum was a good idea for a backup. Nothing was wrong with it. I had to purchase bags that would cost me $60 for 8-10 of them but it was OK. I feel Dyson is OK. But Oreck also did an equally good job of cleaning. I use Dyson on my vinyl floor with the soft roll but that's one advantage besides being cordless. You run out of battery power especially if you have a bigger house. But anyways - I am not a person ready to spend $599-$699 for a vacuum cleaner.

I recently got this V15 and I like it a lot. It has really powerful suction compared to my previous model and the green light shows everything!
