Look for an Ozone generator. Commercial ones are around $100. Excellent thing to have on hand.

Spray Ozium with the windows rolled up and the vents recirculating on high for 5-10 minutes. Repeat every other day or so as needed.

I'd get several bags of odor eliminating rocks. I'd swear by them. They have helped remove cigarette smoke out of an apartment years ago, Mexican food smell after being left in a hot car for days, and most recently removed burned smoke smell after a family member left something on the stove and the smell was so bad they had to sleep elsewhere until it was gone. Cheap and effective and odorless.

You can get an ozone generator bulb for about $25, they work great, if you are worried about the UV, put inside a box of some sorts. They put out a crazy amount of ozone, like 10 minutes of running it and you won't be able to breathe inthe car. Its going to take multiple treatments though.

Ozone. Generator. Put it in your car and run it overnight. Ozanaters should have mechanical timers. I have a rbnb and I use it frequently. Grass, oil, *ss it gets rid of it all. Ventilate thoroughly afterwards.
