I bought one a few months back for the $189 or so price. It came with a filter with only 65% life on it. They made good on it but it took a while and a few points of contact.

I bought tp01 a month ago it looked brand new as they're manufactured refurbished.
My only complaint is the air throw but again its not a traditional fan its a purifier plus fan.
