The promotion terms say "Valid in-restaurant only" so it probably won't work when ordering ahead.

The MOD-sized regular crust is usually ~$10, depending on your location. I believe that you should be able to add as many toppings as you want for the same price - that's how it is normally.

Not bad for $5 but wasn't great either. Note you can sign up for their rewards and get a free cake on the spot without any other purchase. Dinner and dessert for two for $5 is pretty slick.

I signed up after I ordered the pizza and paid and was waiting for my pizza then got the free cake in a separate order. Note it's like a Hostess cake and nothing special.
