I wish there was a way to know which stores had them.
My store in AZ has had them consistently in stock since March.
Lots of people seemed to have luck in the previous deal thread. Sorry your personal experience wasn't as good. It would probably be helpful if you identified which cities or states didn't have them in stock to help others looking for them.
