Stack all the meat on one bun and eat only one sandwich.

If you have the Arby's rewards app, you can get 5 classic roast beef sandwiches for $5. It shows up in the rewards section of the app, and is also on there homepage of their website. Offer says it runs until July 2nd. I am not sure if you can use it more that once like the $3 off $10 that seems to be there every time I order. No they cannot be comnlbined.

I have only seen 5 for $10 lately, and haven't seen 5 for $5 in maybe 20 years. So great deal. good luck.

I never liked Arby's because I can purchase roast beef and buns at the grocery store and put them together for less. They have nothing, not even a sauce at Arby's in this sandwich. They want to be known for something that is better at the grocery store LOL. TOTAL CRAP!!!
I think they have Arby's reps on here because I got downvoted for posting the same thing. Their roast beef couldn't even be sold in stores, it's that inferior. I like Arby's, but I don't buy their roast beef. I used to work at a sandwich place and they had really good meat there. I can't go back to eating their garbage.

They're not. It's a limited deal, and they make money on the repeat business, $4 shakes, $3 fries, and other sandwiches you are likely to buy when you come for this. Same as any other loss-leader type of sale anywhere.
Their meat is so horrible, I bet they probably are profiting, LOL. It's a couple ounces of that fake processed meat between two buns. It can't cost that much.

Wow, I still have Arby's nightmares about people pulling up to the drive through speaker and forgetting how to communicate using language other than shouting, "5 for 5". That was like 25+ years ago, and this is long gone as a regular deal. Nice price if you can eat Arby's fake roast beef, but I can't anymore.
I was told by a guy at Arby's that he was so glad the Happy Hour menu ended. He said he had PTSD from kids coming through and just ordering a thousand items because it was so cheap.

It's not only cheaper, it's better quality. You clearly have never had a job. Especially in food service.

Working in food service is what convinced me to start cooking more of my own food from scratch. The markup on stuff we made was ridiculous. I never knew this. I learned a lot more working food service than I did in college, TBH.
That's interesting, and not that different from my own experience. Arby's was my first reali-ish job, and I ended up rising through the ranks of full-service restaurants until I was running them. I also learned how to cook at home, and eventually learned that my B.A. was pretty useless without an advanced degree. I got out of the restaurant life and now I make twice as much selling bread to them and grocery stores with my own company. I'd never go back to that but I learned a lot, most importantly that I don't need the drama that every restaurant is every day.

That had to be hell, all those $1 items in an era when every other place had gotten rid of dollar menus.

I don't know, but it isn't just the sandwich, it's the labor, utilities, rent, etc. that make dollar sandwiches unprofitable. If you could make money that way you'd see more dollar menus, but they're pretty much all gone these days.

Probably already answered in this ~20 page thread, but can you order multiples? 10 for $10 or do they cap it at 5?

One 5 for $5 offer per account.

And maybe consider changing your posts per page to 45?

well, they forget that they were demanding $20 an hour to assemble this sandwich, they forget that rent is free, they forget there is no royalty to be paid for brand, they forget their is no advertisement cost and salary of people in offices.

I got this deal, but makes you wonder how much they overpriced the usual original price?

So probably only cost 80 cents to make and sell for 6x more...??

10 cars in front of me. 20 minutes to pick up the order. Inside was closed due to lack of staffing. Sandwiches had a lot of meat. Buns were fresh. Got a few curly fries which were good. For under $13, pretty good. There's definitely a different taste to the roast beef than I remember.

I learned a long time ago never to make excuses for the people who run companies. They will tell you one thing, whine and cry about not making money, then they'll show off their new mansion, expensive cars and go on vacationS.

Have I always been an employee? Yes. so have you. Quit simping for millionaires/billionaires.

Just got off the toilet after a massive Arby's-sized dump. Sandwiches were delicious but you pay the price with both your money and dignity.
