So I renewed the subscription and was still locked out at 1 am Monday morning. Tech supports was closed. Called 900am Monday. I got an idiot who blamed my version of windows 10 pro.
So. Don't be farked over by a greedy and clueless company who forces you to upgrade and locks you out of your accounting data. I had a valid subscription that would not boot and tech support who was an idiot. The best part after renewing was the statement that they are going to bill you the full maximum prices against your will in 365 day from renewing your subscription. I am going to a new software company and getting a refund
I hope the class-action lawsuit against Intuit gains traction.
