You might want to consult with your attorney as well.
In the meantime, you might want to try their 2 medium 2 toppings for $5.99 each.
But if I Click thru on my Dominos email for this $5.99 deal, then Yes it does load the promo code automatically and takes me right to the 'pizza ordering' step.
At that time, my manager told me that it cost us $1.25 to make a large pepperoni pizza. That was our food cost and we served fountain drinks also and he said those drinks only cost us 5-7 cents, including the styrofoam cup. We sold the drink for $1.19 each. Later on we went to bottled drinks and the fountain machine was removed. We also had the Noid as our mascot during that time. I wished I'd of kept a lot of the Noid merchandise we had. Also, we would guarantee delivery in 30 minutes or less, but we got sued by several people saying our drivers were going too fast and causing accidents. So they did away with that guarantee.
I have to say, it was the most fun job I ever had in my life. Employees had a blast during our shifts and after work. The tips from delivering were good and I made over a hundred bucks a night in tips, plus my mileage pay and my hourly. Minimum wage was just $4.25 an hour back then, but I was pulling in over 500 a week in the early 90's, which wasn't too bad for rural Louisiana where I lived. Only downfall is the wear and tear on your car, but again, it was the most fun I ever had.
After I left, I didn't eat Domino's for over 3 years. Every night we worked, we ate free pizza. So I got sick of it by the end. When people called and cancelled or changed their order after it was already int he oven, we would keep the pizza on the hot bar for 20 minutes. If no one ordered that exact pizza, it would go to the employees. if they didn't eat it, we threw it in the trash. There was always a lot of cancelled pizzas or ones that people called to change toppings after it was in the oven. So we ate very good, lol. Too good, I gained a few pounds.
Oh and one last thing, if you read my memories so far. Yes....it's true, some drivers do pick some toppings off your pizza before it gets to your house. Almost everyone I worked with admitted to eating a pepperoni or some other topping off a pizza in their car, as they were delivering. Gross I know!! So, that's why i only pick up carryout now, lol
