I have owned my chirp wheels for a few years and use them way more often than I use my foam roller, they seem to target the areas under my shoulder blades that get knots from being on the computer all day. I almost exclusively use the small size though and recently had it (the small one) crack. Sent pictures of the break to chirp and they sent me a new one without issue.

I have the XL version, bought off Amazon using HSA money. It's nice enough, but it definitely isn't a miracle worker ... in fact, I get very little relief from using it, if any ... and the amount of cracking is nothing like the advertisement would have you believe. It's just a glorified yoga wheel. Just be realistic with your expectations.

Also, personally, I think rumble rollers are the better investment. Though they aren't fun to use haha.

I found the large and medium wheel at my local Goodwill. 2.99 and 3.99...Not sure I would splurge, even at this sale price. Shark tank made them millions! It probably only costs a few dollars to produce 1.

Target has it for slightly cheaper too for a couple cents off at $72.24. Went for the ease of drive up in 2 hours.

I have the real ones and use the large one a lot. I don't see why the knockoffs on amazon wouldn't work just fine though.

I have never looked at another brand in this format. They have the sizes correct. I use them 3 to 4 times a week and they are the only tool that loosens my back. As many others have said these are not your typical foam roller your spine runs down the middle groove and for the most part never touches the device. I was a bit confusing to use at first but after almost 3 years I have overcome that crab walk roll in the wrong direction balance issue.

If you found the same size cheaper let me know I would like a set to just leave in my truck when I travel.

For anyone with lower back pain, please do yourself a favor and try a reverse hyper machine. Even without weights just dangling your lower body decompresses my spine so much, while not a permanent solution, still more effective than these massage wheels
