I wear 8.5-9.5. 11 is what I wear in fems If, if it's a brand that's wide because women's are made less wide.
Personally I don't ever want boots that aren't zipup though. So many years I would have wasted tying an untying boots. Or just not wearing them an wearing sneakers

Looking at the Doc Martens site they show a US sz11 women's being equivalent to a US sz10 men's. Widths appear consistent. Doc Martens sizing has always been somewhat unique with no half sizes etc.
