Costco sells their version. Not under the brand name Imodium but chemically it's the same with same ingredient name. I think it costs about $1.25 at Costco (was $.86). You ask for it from the pharmacist. Apparently if you ingest hundreds you can get a buzz. This is why Costco limits purchases (was one box, now 2 or 3) and you must request. Funny thing is that the boxes are directly behind the pharmacy cashier.
