2) This is not a Thunderbolt dock. MacOS doesn't support MST (Multi-Stream Transport) over USB - i.e. you can only have the same mirrored image across all external monitors.
P.S. you will be looking for something like this (but it's not widely available for purchase yet): https://www.ssi.com.tw/product/kv...4-kvm-dock
