The PowerPc will need to add a fan to the rear, the MB is a generic one off, that looks cheap and the ram is the same.

it's AMD trying to find a use for all the 5800X3Ds that didn't pass QC without having to throw them in a landfill.
That's why it's only from one vendor (microcenter) and it's only going to be on the market for a a relatively short period of time (they estimated 3-6 months depending on how fast they sell out)
