Not this model. Lowest price in the last couple years was ~$125 and looks like it moves between $170 and $135 according to 3C

So why can't I block iconian and my thumbs down don't stick on his posts. Constantly reposting trash that aren't deals.

560s are neutral, these have boosted bass and accentuated highs

The open backs are 990s or semi-open 880s. Open will generally offer better soundstage but it really depends on your use, if you plan to listen in the public or where environment noise could be an issue, I'd go with closed.

My favorite headphones. Almost worth it to get these because I need new pads and a headband after 5 years of daily use.

for anyone interested in these, I'd check the cable type if they work for you. The 770 80 ohm has a non-detachable long straight cable which I personally find harder to manage and prefer the coiled cable on the 250 ohm.

I have a bunch of headphones, mdr v6, ath m50, etc..

These are really solid. You'll likely need an amp for their full potential

Just wanted to add that these are by far the toughest built cans I have ever owned. I have three sets, for work, home, etc. Drop them at least 2-3 times a week, step on the cable when I am in a hurry, they always bounce back, never broke a pair. Still going strong. Just need to swap the pads eventually, which is also pretty easy.
