The king size is great for building blanket forts! It's also good as an extra cover in place of a comforter during the spring and fall.

Has anyone purchased these recently and had issues with shedding? Seems like the recent reviews are mentioning shedding that the older reviews don't mention.

The shedding is exactly why I returned mine. I also read those reviews but decided to make the plunge anyways. The amount of shedding I got after washing was incredible. Really made a big mess. Really unfortunate as it was a nice blanket.

I have the cream one on my king size bed. In the summer we take our duvet off and sleep with just a sheet and this blanket, with the ceiling fan on, and it's perfect.
