But despite advertisements, this thing is basically useless for anything other than running, walking, hiking, maybe stair climbing? I can't imagine it being useful for weight lifting. Also don't know how useful it is for swimming. Definitely needs compliment accessories for biking or rowing.
Also, silicon straps suucckk. I get kind of a rash and have to swap the watch from hand to hand maybe once a week or two weeks, and I need to take the watch off to wash hands. Nylon might be okay
