Price of components is one part, price of excessive sponsorships to maintain an image is another part, and of course the taste of easy profits doesn't hurt either.

If this brand tastes good to you, start looking into Dymatized brand. It's expensive as heck but a few times a year it'll come down to $55 around with S&S+Coupon. The isolates are the best IMO since it tastes good, good for lactose intolerant, and lower calories. I know this doesn't help you with the purchase here but if you can keep an eye out for it, you might just stop buying this brand altogether after trying Dymatized brand.

Yeah people are complaining but you go look at Costco's pricing for this and it's around 71 cents per ounce. So this is better at 60 cents per ounce depending on which one you're buying. Other people saying boycott these prices but I ain't trying to eat more chicken man. 😒

I had protein ice cream and have yet to find a protein powder with a strong vanilla taste that i can use. Mainly need vanilla base for a cookies n cream Oreo ice cream. And vanilla base to use with fruits like strawberry, mango, etc

Dymatize vanilla ice cream flavor is literally the best flavor I've yet seen. Syntha 6 also has a good vanilla flavor. Just stopped buying bc price doubled. The dymatize has deals that pop up here on sd from time to time. Snag it. It goes a long way. Lasts around 2 months for the tub.

I'd also add Syntha-6, which is part of this promotion, tastes amazing as well if it meets your dietary needs. I actually have some ON I force myself to mix in with other proteins at time to slowly get through it because it's that bad compared to other brands (especially ON Vanilla). I've been tempted by Dymatize a few times but always miss the sales on the flavors I want to try.
