ITX cases seem to be dropping because the other parts are so expensive still (motherboard, SFX PSU). If it's in your budget, get the case now, and wait until the fall when the new gen processors come out. Hopefully some of the ITX B650/B660 boards come down to a reasonable price to accompany this case.
Negatives being what... Build difficulty?

Mini ITX is awesome. Not much reason to have a huge PC case these days unless you INSIST on having tons of internal HDDs. I'll never have a full/micro-atx PC again.
Max motherboard size is 244 x 226mm. So close to actually supporting a micro ATX motherboard (244 x 244mm). So just 0.7 inches increase in one dimension would have allowed a micro ATX motherboard. Wish they had done that. At over 18L, it's not like this case is tiny to justify mITX only motherboards.

As sabin above mentioned, ITX components, are just so expensive, so if I decide to go ITX, I want something truly SFF. This case is over 14 inches long, which isn't much of an SFF length. Might as well jump to mATX at that point.

This case is similar in size but allows you to use a standard ATX PSU and Micro ATX mobo. Much cheaper altogether to build.

I considered that case, but the depth is 15.64", which is a bit too much for it to comfortably fit in the space I have for it. The picture with the dimensions on the product page has the height and depth switched. Based on the proportions, there is no way the height is more than the depth. I prefer cases with a smaller footprint in the desk. So cases that are short in height but too wide and or deep aren't that useful. Ended up picking up the Lian Li 170m from Microcenter for $55. Footprint on the desk is about 13" by 7". As a bonus, it also comes with two 120mm fans pre installed.

Made Mini-ITX build once. Never again, way more negatives than I thought it would bring. Just don't.

I made a mini ITX with this case. What it's great for is excellent cooling with either air or water due to 140mm support throughout and fitting the majority of huge GPUs on the market. Add to that it's a pretty well designed case to facilitate the build, which can be extremely difficult for ITX, and it's just a great all arounder. To the guy who said it will almost fit a micro ATX, link me a micro ATX case that does all the above and has anything close to this volume/footprint. When I built a couple years ago there was no such case. Also micro ATX mobo selection is terrible.

Other than being a bit larger, it is a bit more starved for air. The front SATA SSD mounts also are a bit too close to the bottom of the case so your cables end up bent at a bad angle…that said, the case disassembly is toolless and sick. The front panel holds an incredible amount of cables to help clean up the inside haha.

Yea, I had a spare standard PSU and got some cheap AM4 micro mobo, so the SAMA case a no brainer even if its a little bigger.

Love this case. It provides an optional ATX PSU bracket file that you can 3D print with. Works really well

Nice price but not having a usb-c port on front panel is an embarrassment in 2023

You'd be better off with a Gamemax Spark. Cheaper, better looking, quieter, and with better parts compatibily. It's only marginally larger so unless you can't spare a couple of inches this case is a poor choice compared to that. SAMA IM02 is also a better choice for the same reasons.

Man I've been wanting to go smaller from my lian LI dynamic. Large PCs are so unnecessary nowadays. Only issue is I have 4 Nvme drives and I don't think micro or mini motherboards supper that much.
