Price per pound has literally double since 2020. It used to be around $45-50 for 11lb of whey ISOLATE. I understand inflation but this is insanity.
I would not do business with a company that continues to rip off and abuse their customers when there is plenty of high quality options around with better prices.

I think the ON deal is better than this one. Even if they were the same "bad" price, I would rather go for the name brand at this point. Everyone started using MyProtein because they were good quality and cheaper than the good quality name brand (ON). If they aren't going to be cheaper, why bother with them anymore?

Price is crazy. In Nov 22 I paid $90 for 11 pounds of isolate and I thought that was absurd.

Anyone have any better recommendations for UNFLAVORED whey isolate? This unfortunately seems to be the best I'm seeing.

According to my order history: on 6/9/21, I purchased three 5.5 lb Impact Whey Protein from that site for $18.32 each. Now they're 50% off for $45 each. Crazy how inflation goes.

Customer service is horrendous. Purchased chocolate smooth isolate for years, took a break for a couple of years, and now it tastes nothing like the original but rather chemicals.

Upon reaching out to CS was given the runaround, told the situation was under investigation, promised a reasonable solution, etc. This solution took over a month, required 5+ reachout attempts, only to REPEATEDLY be informed its still in investigation, then done with 1st investigation, a 2nd investigation began, done with 2nd, and this BS went on for over 1 full month with a TOTAL OF 5 INVESTIGATIONS no joke people, only to be told their stock of this flavor is on point (by their investigation team) and thus wouldn't offer ANY solution. Instead, was asked to send it back, pay for return shipping, etc.

What a complete and utter joke! Never again will I consider buying ANYTHING from them.
