Last time I tried to order PS AS4 that showed in stock Costco randomly cancelled my order a couple days later — I was willing to wait a couple extra days if needed too. Guess I'll try again

Given all the locations near me are out of stock of what I would need, I conveniently can't take advantage of this one day only sale.

I'll be honest with you guys buying tire's from Costco iD say is really expensive I think over priced done it once on a similar deal like this one ☝️couple years ago compared to going and being able to negotiate your price point at a tire shop compared to Costco price even with these discount if your looking for good price to tires with some wiggle room get them cheaper do so I'd say the only thing would be minimum warranty at tire shop and good warranty at Costco what sets the difference but honestly even at that you get 30,000 miles or 6 month 6 warrant at tires shop. With Costco they will replace your tires with no issue if they see any problem with the tire no explanation so that a plus.

1.)In short go with Costco any tire issue they will fix and or replace thru their warranty but at a premium price even with discount
no negotiation to try to get tires at a lower price

2.) tire shop you able to get a better price on tires with negotiation 30,000 or 6 month warranty at some places
Warranty not as good as Costco if something wrong with tires might need to explain what ever you do Do not lose your receipt 🧾 from your tires you bought at the tire shop cause they will try to say your outside
of the warranty

Pro and cons for me this time I went auto tires shop and got my tire cheaper and have my warranty paper put away in case I bought my tires for $70 a tire with negotiation stock Michelin with tires and installation $430

I told them to take care of my newly-refurbished wheels and they did an excellent job

This still is really expensive. Costco was one of the highest when I was tiring shopping for my Prius last year. Walmart was the best deal by far.

I just wish Costco uses the Hunter Road Force balancing machine that also applies a load on the tire rather than just standard spinning

All of the tire options for my car are below $900... The previous Costco Michelin tire deal for $150 off was better, I think.

You guys don't realize that if you buy tires from costco it comes with lifetime free rotations, balancing, and the road hazard warranty. They use torque wrenches on your lug nuts (the air gun only goes to like 70 lb-ft and use a valve stem torque tool to do to like 10 lb-in. If you are concerned with wheel damage, take a photo of your wheels before you go because AFAIK all of the bays have cameras so they can look back - they have insurance for this. If you do get damage, do it then and there and not two weeks later.

Jumped on this earlier today. Waited awhile to get Michelin 4S in stock for my SVR, crappy Pirelli off it. And yeah going to ask them to be gentle with the rims. Never had an issue in the past but you never know.

$1700 after discount stings.

I've had multiple sets of tires installed at Costco. Never had any problems with damage to my car or rims.

If you did experience any problems, I'm sure Costco would make it right.

This is a great deal.
I had tires replaced at Costco for the first time 6 months ago. I gave them my car info and the tire center rep. kept recommending that I should go to the dealership. I insisted that they do it.

At the end, they broke all 4 hub caps. The tire center manager said it happens all the time.

I'll go back to the dealership or America's Tire next time onwards.

Nice thing about Walmart prices is that Discount Tire will match them.
