FYI, this is not a whitening toothpaste like the other Optic Whites. This one does not contain peroxide, only silica which nearly every toothpaste has. Have temporary stains like blueberry? It will remove them. Have tobacco, coffee, aging, or general yellowing? This will not remove them. You will need to get the "Advanced" or "Pro Series," or others that list the amount of peroxide in them.

urgh thx for this info, i use this brand mouthwash with peroxide and it does wonders for coffee stains, even my dentist was surprised at recent cleaning and said continue what i'm doing.

it burned the inside of my mouth which took days to heal. I loved the feeling of my teeth after brushing, but the side effect on me isn't worth it.
