I just did trade in about a month ago, apparently you cant claim the 25% off until they receive yours and inspect it, which took 2 weeks and the deal was gone by then. I read online others have gotten instant credit but I experienced the 2 week wait.

I got $12.50 for a four year old gen-3 trade-in that has been having on and off wifi connectivity issues.

For me, it shows $X + 25% discount available once my trade in is received-- so I'm not able to use the 25% immediately. What a bummer.
