Had a camp chef before so hoping this works just as well. Only use it as a smoker so it's been great for that but just hasn't been able to raise the temp so was looking for a replacement.

Summer stuff in general is just on clearance at Target in various stages of 30-70% - so worth checking out if you need a grill/smoker/griddle/patio/whatever.

I saw this at mine and passed on it, but grabbed a Weber electric grill and a Weber griddle at 70% off.

I have the previous version of this grill with the addon wifi controller board. Got it 2 years ago from target for $100 and the wifi addon cost like $60-70. So in specs alone this is already a decent deal. It has been pretty reliable for me. Hopper is small so you might want to purchase or build an extended hopper for longer cooks. I am able to fit 2 racks of ribs on it, 3 if I cut one in half. Only negative I have about it is that there is no exterior handle to open the sear plate, you have to use tongs or something similar to move it.

No because Brickseek hasn't worked for Target in years now. People need to stop posting the link for it and you can tell everyone here is basing off of that by the comments. It's pulling inventory off the Target website. If the item shows in stock, but doesn't let you pick it up then it's most likely on clearance. As someone mentioned above, the clearance can either be 30-50-70% so you won't know until you go yourself.

Not everything was on clearance at mine, they had the Weber portable grill still full price. But the electric one was $126.
