When I buy these gallon jugs, I quickly throw the sprayer away and put one of these Craftsman on it. It is like the automatic one on steroids. $9, reusable.

I shot this chemical above my 14' tall roll up doors in a shop while standing on the ground. :-)

Good price, but after using the version with the wand, I can't go back to the pistol. It's been a while since I've seen the wand version around $8 though.

The wand is the automatic sprayer, right? I have both (and am too lazy to look to see which one sprays vs. having to push the trigger each time). Assuming so - I agree! It takes a lot to do the perimeter of a not so large house. My rule is - if they are outside, I leave them alone. Inside - everything is fair game for those 8 legged b*stards! I don't want to kill them - I want to keep them out! The wand works better to do the perimiter and easier to repeat after rain. Not a bad price for a refill - In for one. (Because they keep getting in!!) Crying
