Wrong. Many items are cheaper through Business. On the consumer account I see notifications for lots of items that they're cheaper on Business.

There may be some exceptions but to categorically say everything is more on Business is patently false. You should fact check yourself before posting.

Some sellers offer business only pricing for products, so you can save a couple bucks from time to time, so having Prime on a business account (at $0) can be useful in some rare cases for that since it'll give you the free shipping and such. Not common, but it could come up.

Wrong. Many items are cheaper through Business. On the consumer account I see notifications for lots of items that they're cheaper on Business.

Nice. I accidentally discovered this was a new perk a few days ago and re-enrolled since 8 used to have it for the free 1-year trial back in 2021. Probably should've posted too, but I figured this was already announced here.

You beat me to it. They literally just made that up since there's an easy way to tell when something is the business price (i.e. cheaper than regular Amazon) and when it's just regular price.

There's only a handful of reasons a sole proprietor Needs an EIN, but they are eligible for one regardless of need and it's shockingly easy to obtain one from the IRS website and start using it in minutes. The only caveat is that regardless of the number of sole proprietorships you may start in your life, each SSN can only have one EIN for this type of organization and will use the same one for each company.

It told me to use a different email to create an account since my email is used for personal. Then there was a convert account button. Does that take my personal account away?

Not an authority on this but I believe this would convert to business which is not what you want. You would need to create a separate business account with a separate email and then follow the posted link to connect them.
