- Make an eligible purchase at Staples and receive $50 statement credit.

What number to call? I called the number on cc and couldn't get to right department
I experienced a similar issue, with an order from Buffalo Wings, a few months ago.
They initially removed the original charge from my account and subsequently added it a day later thereby invalidating the rewards associated with the original charge.
Unsurprisingly, the original charge from Staples was removed after delivery today and I am relatively confident it will be disqualified from receiving the incentive.
I have no intention of letting these crooks deceive me again.

I have the feeling this also applies to me. The original Staples charge has disappeared. Received delivery today.
Why is everything pending? Are they planning the delete and recharge as outlined in comments above. Will wait and see. I have all the screenshots.

My charge has also disappeared, but it is still being deducted from the available credit. I have a feeling it will post tomorrow. I only received the 2% email, nothing about the $50.
