- Note: If the direct offer link doesn't work for you after logging in to your account, go to the general Capital One Offers page and look for the Staples offer.
- Make an eligible purchase at Staples and receive $50 statement credit.
- Complete your purchase using your Capital One credit card in the browser that opens. Purchases made through a merchant's app will not qualify for the rebate.

Calling is definitely the most effective way. Emailing might be an option, but likely to take forever. My staples offer actually applied without issue, but I had an issue with another offer once and the first time I called they had no clue about capital one offers, but I guess if you ask to speak to someone regarding capital shopping specifically they will transfer you to the right department. On my unrelated issue they issued the statement credit pretty easily. I actually ended up getting the original credit too, so I double dipped LOL
