Genuinely curious who the heck is just buying a desk frame? Then going through the hassle of finding compatible tops and drilling your own holes?? Monoprice has one single top available in black or white (not glass like the picture on this post) and the 6ft is out of stock - which you need for this particular L-shaped frame. This is not a slickdeal IMHO.

it's not that difficult to do at all but i am wondering how it will work with an L frame, probably just take take two pieces of wood and cut them correctly.
