Costco usually has the better made $400 Acer Swift on sale sometimes. Swift series has better metal construction than the more plastic Aspire series.
Amazon Prime has the $650 Acer Swift X with 3050 for mid gaming
Dell has $150-200 Latitude 5000 and 7000 series. Tank build, old Intel i5 8th Gen but fast. Battery life 16-24 hr. perfect for basic business travel. I got the 7000 series with 8gb for $75 with coupon.
Walmart has $280 Gateway with Intel 11th, 8-12 hr battery. Its on fragile side. Mine works flawless as on desk the last 2 years, i never take traveling.
Lenovo Outlet/Microcenter/Best Buy worth a look.
