I'm looking for a handheld that can play PSP games upscaled at full speed, let alone at native resolution. Doesn't look like this fits the bill according to reviews.

Any way I can play NCAA FOOTBALL 10 on the go for under $100 and not on a PSP?

Closest you would get to something $100 would be rg505 on temu combined with a good coupon. They don't have the rg505 right now but it comes in and out of stock.
