Seems better than the 2 bay Synology that's around the same price.
Maybe someone knows which brand is better.

For Plex, you would probably do better getting a NAS equipped with an Intel CPU to take advantage of Quick Sync.

That's true, if you need transcoding, but most Intel NASes cost significantly more than this.

It's this nas good for back up of a backup? I want to back up my ISO and games, I have another cheap nas synology two drives raid 1 = 12TB

I want to back up to a second nas just in case
