It's obvious that some of you failed every science class you had to take and just swallow all the bullshit new age idiots throw at you.
It's an occasionally used spread, in small quantities,not a daily main course. The amounts aren't really worth worrying about.

Cayenne Peppers - We all know vegetables are deadly!

Salt - Other than being essential for life. It's bad.
Sugar - Obviously tiny amounts of sugar are immediately fatal so consider it poison!

Honestly not sure how some people survive in the world anymore. Nothing is safe unless they read it is safe from Uncle Bob on facebook who read a report that nobody wants you to see that some random person wrote! At some point they will just be drinking water and eating lettuce and only left with their sorrow.
It should also say "you are earning a reward" on the item before you press complete purchase.
