A carry-on doesn't need a TSA lock if you carry it on the plane and you are able to unlock it.
Damn, I just paid full price for a 24" Omni PC a month ago. Easily packs a weeks worth of clothes without needing to expand (assuming you re-wear pants), survived 5 airports, wheels still buttery smooth, the lock is nifty. If I had to find something to complain about, the "modesty pocket" as the Amazon page called it is small and not waterproof.
It's an absolute steal at that price.
Warranty is only 90 day for most items. Only the Winfield 2 set lists Samsonite 10 year warranty.

Seems like ABS+Polycarbonate is weaker than 100% polycarbonate. Can anyone testify?
It is. I have a cheaper Delsey Paris that's in this deal; it's an ABS+Poly mix. It's a lot flimsier. Is it good enough? I'd say so for itinerant use, which is what I bought it for (since I rarely do check-in luggage), but at this price, I would pay for full polycarbonate. ABS+Poly doesn't inspire confidence in durability when you feel it in person; it flexes a lot and feels flimsy. Poly flexes but doesn't feel flimsy.
The full poly Delsey Helium Aero I used for years as a travel consultant and it never felt like the exterior would crack or break; it held up fantastically. I just didn't love their "comfort" handle design; not because it wasn't comfortable but because it made slipping bags over and off a pain; the lip would cause them to get caught.
Wheels held up great and the handle, which is usually where most luggage tends to fail, got a bit wobbly after ~5 years of hard use but it still worked perfectly fine. Didn't hitch, get stuck, fail to lock, etc. Only reason I don't have it anymore is because I gave it to a friend since their suitcase's handle failed suddenly. It easily could've lasted another few years of hard use.
I dragged that thing across Japan, China, Korea, Taiwan, Canada, the US, and daily across the US as a travel consultant. Friends borrowed it to take it to Asia and The Bahamas as well. It got checked (not by choice) often, chucked around, fell down a hill in San Francisco, I used it as a seat for two hours on a train because the seats were all reserved, etc.
Samsonite's higher end lines are similarly comparable, as are other reputable manufacturers, so this isn't a Delsey fanboy post. Get a good suitcase with features that fit your use case, poly (or better if you can afford it), and good wheels.
I ordered and then cancelled the Delsey Helium Aero 19" carry on. When I sorted by recent reviews on Amazon, there were too many people commenting on problematic zippers and handles. Too often companies start cutting corners and products that had been great turn awful. I'm not sure that this is the case, here, but the latest reviews were concerning.

I think woot orders can be also returned within 30 days no questions asked right?
I've returned a lot of things to Woot with no issues, and they have never deducted the price of shipping. It's more so a safeguard for anyone they think might be abusing the system. For cheaper items most of the time I don't even need to send the product back, they just refund me and cut their losses. For more expensive items I wanted to keep they just refunded a portion of the item.

What price range items did you return ? I have purchased from woot but never returned so no idea.
Did you return for buyers remorse or item broken or damage etc?
I haven't experienced higher end luggage before, we have an Amazon Basics carry on for the kids. Everything is fine, I suspect this is a more cushy ride with the wheels and the handle is probably more solid when popping it up, but to be honest, the Amazon basics is pretty decent in those regards. I can't tell from the pics, so is this just purely a quality thing? Ours is a Toyota and this thing is the Porsche? Sound proofing for the clothes inside so they don't get upset? Climate control for my tooth brush? No but seriously, I don't know. My kids are tough on stuff and it has held up. If this will make my kids stop fighting on the plane, I'll buy right now.

Just checked Amazon though and the Nema set is $259 while it's $242 on Woot. Not a much of deal.
