Many of the reviews mention that the breakdown occurred after running the built in descaling function as recommended.
The upside is that it appears Keurig customer service is easy to deal with in getting a replacement.
I ordered one but am second guessing myself. Good price but I really don't want to have to deal with a breakdown and CS after only a matter of months.
