GoogleTV supports gigabit adapters when plugged into the USB port. (I use a CableMatters 2.5Gb with my A80K and it works just fine.)
It is limited by the USB 2.0 port, so expect around 375-400Mbps.
And correct, it has dual-band AC/WiFi 5.
