Tell them you are looking for extended warranty which they don't have for this product. They might give you 10% instead. That is what I did with CS chat.

I was in the same boat and did this. Chat rep looked into the details for a couple min and gave no hassle in completing request for the refund. So ~$760 net after the price adjustment.

"The discount codes are not applicable for price match. the epp discount and instant rebate are eligible" Two Reps in my face. So I guess Im gonna be have to look happy @ 809$, cannot get it down to 755$. maybe returning this and reordering might work but then have to work with multiple reps again until some budges to give that 10% discount

consider yourself lucky, I've opened up and got the same rep 3 times or more, ...I wasn't happy. I had to wait a couple of hours so that I wouldn't get the same person.

I solved the disconnect issue with my surround/backspeakers. My Asus ET12 router uses a combined 2.4+5GHz network. Splitting them into two seperate networks (different names, too) and only connecting to the 2.4GHz with the soundbar removed all my issues. 🙂 Awesome soundbar!
