In case anyone was thinking about getting this just keep in mind that these are just the NES versions of the game. I have a few of the other Data East standalone Mini Arcades and they just run the NES rom. I went to look up to see if they changed that with this, but it looks like they just added a bunch of the other Data East NES ROMs and a ton of awful shovelware "999-in-1" type games.

This was just $22 last week. Not that great of deal. It's been $22 in my cart for a month. I just got the notification that "the price has increased by $6.74". If I knew how to attach photos I'd attach the photo for proof!

This was just $22 last week. Not that great of deal. It's been $22 in my cart for a month. I just got the notification that "the price has increased by $6.74". If I knew how to attach photos I'd attach the photo for proof!

Thanks for the feedback. Although they look similar, according to the description, the link above has a separate list of featured games: (7 officially licensed Jaleco titles + 200 retro style bonus games. Jaleco game titles include BASES LOADED 1,2,3 & 4, GOAL! , RACKET ATTACK and HOOPS.)

Thanks for the info. I believe that there were actually two sources for the $22.56 price point on Amazon. One was from Amazon Warehouse Deals and the other was a used price, both of which are no longer available. Which is most likely why the price increase notification was triggered.


The lowest this item has been for brand new in box was $30.49 from a 3rd party seller (not directly from Amazon.com) back in April/May.

More important than the games: the one you linked to is 4.5 inches with a 2.4 inch screen. The deal one is 6.8 inches with a 2.75 inch screen.

I didn't even know Data East made 300 games lol, and as someone said, if these are just NES roms, don't bother. It's 2023, hope we can finally replicate actual arcade roms by now with the available computing power.
