If you're going to buy this, I HIGHLY recommend adding on the extended warranty as well.
I bought a refurbished LG OLED a few months ago with 140 hours on it. Everything was great for the first month I had it, before it developed some serious issues, ultimately refusing to turn on.
Thankfully it was within the 90 day warranty that came with the refurbished TV, but if it was outside that warranty, I would have been screwed.
My 77" a80j arrived last year with no hours on the panel (a bunch of scratches on the back, but nothing you see on the front). It's been phenomenal watching movies, tv, and playing Switch games. I did buy the warranty extension mainly for burn-in, though haven't needed it, yet. Not the brightest when set to prioritize gradient, but pretty much perfect in my room
In like 2-5 years I'll give it away and upgrade to one of those phosphorous blue panels with MLA and complain about too much brightness
I had to go to the BBB on Secondipity for shady business practices and I caution people from buying from them.
The short version is that they sold me a broken TV, lied about the warranty covering it and then the manager hung up in my face when I showed her email proof of what her rep did.
They refunded my money the same day that I posted on the BBB with all of the proof that I had.

It's $174 for their 3 year CPS warranty, which I know nothing about. Is there a better warranty option?

I don't see the 20% discount in the cart.
