That Target deal was killed by people being greedy and trying price match and stack a Circle offer.

Amazon is also sold out of physical copies at $30 for now.

If your local target has copies in stock, some stores have the price set as $50 before the $30 coupon so it's effectively $20 there. Mine had it for $50 in stores but the app said $60 so YMMV but worth considering.

I saw a book at B&N the other day that was over $100 and it was written in the 1800s. The nerve of some people. Author was Russian, too!

There are a variety of reasons why comparing an asset that is largely digital & has a finite lifespan to an asset that is largely physical with highly variable COGS (size, material, paper, etc.) and is delivered through a timeless medium is silly at best, but if you're too dense to see them for yourself, it's probably not worth pointing them out.

Nintendo games, especally mario games, when they age they go up in price. Look at the old nintendo games, gamecube, and n64 on ebay. These will eventually reach those levels in the future so if you want it new and at a good price its still a great deal.

A game that is put together well carries more value. 🤷 ♂️

Also why I would never buy digital first party Nintendo games. Their resale is much higher than a third party game, generally speaking.

Coupon doesn't work on Mario Kart anymore. Tried in-store yesterday and no dice.

This is a great game at a great price, if you opt for the booster pack there's even more to enjoy! As someone who is new to the switch this year this game is absolutely worth it to me. 8 new courses are dropping in the next 48 hours with 8 more to come by the end of the year with the booster pack! If your a fan of the mario kart series this game does not disappoint!!!
