Doing some reading it -seems- this drive is decent. I've gone ahead and ordered one myself.
Oh and the funny name seen under seller is actually the manufacturer of the drive before Acer slaps their name on it, at least according to a few posts on Reddit.

Performance of this drive seems similar to WD 850x (as per Tomshardware review) except power efficiency.
Any suggestions for my purchase?

This is actually a very good drive. Most of the 4tb ones we see for $160-180 are in the lower tiers of NVMe drives.
I am getting close to the need for a 4tb, I have two 2tb drives that are almost full. Planing to wait for BF to see if this caliber of drive will get down to $175 or so.
