Great deal on this fridge. These things really work. Use them for road trips, tailgating, and camping. I almost never use my yeti cooler anymore. These require no ice, so you can fit more stuff.

It's kind of wild that these are getting cheaper than conventional coolers that are little more than plastic and insulation lol

These are great for longer remote camping trips combined with portable solar panel + battery/inverter.

Yes with ice approaching $3 a bag I'm so glad I didn't buy a high-end ice cooler.
I snagged a 12v 35 L Fridge/Freezer with wheels for $160 and a 3yr warranty for $30.

With the Amazon Slow Ship and Visa Kick Back Credits I'll be well under $190.
and have something to use my solar generator system with.

About 10-15 min. I don't have this one but usually on long trip. I'll plug it in at home and hr before leaving and transfer it to the car. When the car is off. I'll run it off a battery pack. I bought a smaller one for work to put under my desk. Work fridge is always full.

Those BougeRV cooler are not the same. They do not take the portable battery. The ones from Amazon Lightening can only be powered from home outlet, car, and portable powerstation.

Purchased one and it appears to fit perfectly in the Tesla model y trunk well (under trunk) which has dimensions of: 23.6"Lx13.8"Wx13.8"H

The cooler is: 23"X12.6"X12

And, I read on another slick deal that the larger one, 26qt for $203 also fits perfectly. It's dimensions are 23"x12.6x14.6. The height is taller but someone on the slick deal post went and tried it out and said it fit perfectly with no issue. Despite the 1" difference.

The 23Qt looks like it will fit too:
22.7"X12.6"x13"

From the description, it seems like this only operates from a 12V DC source like the outlet from a car and not from an AC source from a wall outlet which would be a deal breaker for me.

Also, the compartment showing the battery seems to be only for dry storage and not a place to plug in the battery.

No, the compressor and condenser are all vented externally.

bought the 30qt of what looks like the exact same for 200 on amazon. It fit perfectly in the Model Y trunk but overall just felt too small to be very useable. Returned it.
