Great deal on this fridge. These things really work. Use them for road trips, tailgating, and camping. I almost never use my yeti cooler anymore. These require no ice, so you can fit more stuff.
I'm an alcoholic and this is a dream come true. Thank you OP.
It's kind of wild that these are getting cheaper than conventional coolers that are little more than plastic and insulation lol

These are great for longer remote camping trips combined with portable solar panel + battery/inverter.

I tried to contact them about something a couple days ago, and I am also not getting any response from them thru their web site's chat, by sending an email to [email protected], or by filling out their contact form. I also tried calling the phone number listed on their facebook page (408-429-4149) several times during their stated working hours (6pm - 11am PST), but it always goes to a Google Fi voicemail box. I think it was their web site's chat that said I should get a response within 24 hours. Their customer support is clearly lacking and very slow to respond to customers.

Another reason to buy from Amazon and to leave a truthful review.
And if you have a problem use the Vendor Support Chat on Amazon.

I finally got a hold of them through Facebook Chat of all places, took a few days, but did respond

BTW - I have a $20 gift card I am not going to use if anyone wants it, DM me
I should have tried contacting them thru Facebook chat first. I just did yesterday and waiting for a response from them. Before I tried contacting them thru the other channels I mentioned without ever getting a reply. I see from several replies on their Facebook page, they are blaming their slow response on "shortage of manpower". Yet, at https://www.bougerv.com/pages/contact, they state "Customer service is our number one priority". So if they really don't have enough people to handle customer service, it's clearly not a priority.

Sent you a PM in case you still have the $20 gift card. Thanks for offering it to the community here.

FYI, 21qt is very small. You should consider 25-30qt or more. 21qt is enough space to bring something very important such as medication. You should take a look at 26 qt cooler in the store before buy this. ~.~
I can only imagine. I just received the 30 qt and its smaller than I imaged but I guess I wont have ice taking up space.

I have a Massimo 62 qt and it's way too big to just keep in the car all of the time. So I agree that somewhere around 30 qt is probably the sweet spot. The problem is, you don't really know what is the best size until you get it and try it out.

Always wanted something like this. Bought one. Like it. Have nothing to compare it too though.

Glad I didn't pull the trigger with the contact issues and damaged items being sent out. This is too expensive to deal with getting a beat up model that may have been returned because it didn't work right.. I'm not quite clear, but it looks like you can't get the best price if you buy through Amazon? Plus it looks like some people even had trouble getting a return approved there too.

What would be a company that makes this kind of item that actually has good customer service?

I feel bamboozled by this deal. They're out of stock until Sept, and now their customer support is trying to sell me on a higher priced cooler. Feels like a bait and switch tactic 😕

I would like to know, the seal. What material is that strip seal made of? is it foam? is it a rubber?
Does it appear to be thick when you close the lid, does it stop the lid closing until you push it closed or does the lid simply sound like plastic on plastic?
If it is foam... the plastic line the seal touches, is it an even line mark on the seal or is there any missing line marks on the seal? (this would indicate the seal is not thick enough, and paper can slide in that area being it would be an air leak).
Thank you in advance. Picts would be fantastic in you're reply!
thx again!

Purchased one and it appears to fit perfectly in the Tesla model y trunk well (under trunk) which has dimensions of: 23.6"Lx13.8"Wx13.8"H

The cooler is: 23"X12.6"X12

And, I read on another slick deal that the larger one, 26qt for $203 also fits perfectly. It's dimensions are 23"x12.6x14.6. The height is taller but someone on the slick deal post went and tried it out and said it fit perfectly with no issue. Despite the 1" difference.

The 23Qt looks like it will fit too:
22.7"X12.6"x13"
May I ask which exact fridge sizes for the Tesla Y sub trunk?

Would actually be awesome to have one for the frunk so we don't have to remove luggage to get to sub trunk every time we need something.
