Thanks for sharing that! Hope it goes through, but I am not optimistic. I think they will cancel my order since I don't think their website keeps track of it being sold out on Amazon and Ebay.

It went through after both amazon and ebay oos. I already received the mouse and it is quite great match with my iMAC 27. Better than the original magic mouse it replaced.

I ordered it from focus camera yesterday and it got confirmed/shipped within 2 hours. I canceled the $10 steel series rival 3 mouse that I ordered the other day. This mouse is superior.

Mine from Amazon was delivered yesterday and the battery is DOA. Won't power on at all if unplugged no matter what I do. Trying to get Amazon to replace instead of refund is difficult.

Chatted with Amazon rep and they contacted Focus Camera on my behalf to get a replacement. Unfortunately, they are out of stock now Frown. Mouse works great as a wired mouse so I may just keep it instead of getting a refund.
