From reading other posts about this "manufacturer refurbished" airwrap (eBay, direct from Dyson), it can be a hit or miss in terms of the condition.
From reading the terms on woot's website, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund if the item was not deemed defective.
For those interested, this same item is still available on eBay for $399, plus you get to pick color and their return policy is easy & free. The benefit with the woot deal is saving an extra $20 plus lower sales taxes since woot only charges the state sales tax rate; unlike Amazon & eBay which calculates based on zip saving me an extra $20.
