Usually better OC capabilities for CPU and memory. Mem OC is also dependent on CPU SKU though. My 5600x3D for example couldn't hit what my 5950X did on the same board.
Then you're supposed to get all the combined perks that different lines of products under it has: aesthetics, more RGB connectors, more I/O, included Wifi, better audio.. in rare cases a 7-segment display
Keep in mind this is also an eATX size
Computex is happening in June, and it's believed AMD will announce the next gen of desktop processors, along with another series of motherboards.

The only benefit I see is flexing needlessly for no reason and getting nowhere fast to show off
