I bought in both colors. It is not a good quality. Opened one and going to return the 2nd one. But at this price if it lasts for few month then not a bad deal.

Since there's no open space on back area, I'm guessing not ideal to use as a stand for gaming consoles

Bought two of these last time they were $20. IMO, they're probably worth the twenty bucks, but not any more than that. Quick to assemble and they're functional.

You could either put a hole in it or forego installing the back panel.

You can choose not to put on the back cardboard, it is just like a construction paper and small nails not hard at all thinner than cardboard.

What are you using them for? A stepstool? They're perfectly fine as a nightstand and $20 at that. If you thought you were getting Four Seasons for Days Inn quality that's on you lol
