I've bought 3 of them. Love how you don't need to TOUCH anything to turn on/off the water

I've owned this faucet in brushed nickel for 3 years. Works flawlessly and still looks and functions as good as new. I changed the batteries about once every 15 months. Installed it myself. It's one of the top 5 favorite products I've ever purchased. I highly recommend this faucet.

I bought one (from Home Depot) a few years ago, and it's working well in our RV. Will probably get this one now for home.

Looks like there are subtle design differences between this one and the one we got from Home Depot.
What stands out is the different shaped sensor window, and the two extra "lip" outlines at the top of the base and at the end of the nozzle.
Wonder if there are any less-visible differences I should worry about.

Search eBay for MOEN MOTIONSENSE WAVE FAUCET-TOUCHLESS PULLDOWN w/SOAP DISPENSE-CADIA 87869EWSRS

I got this and bought the ac adaptor so I never have to replace batteries again, but has and uses batteries as backup in case of power loss

I have had 0 issues and works really well…

The one above I had and it just died for no reason after 1 year of use

Not all poop is the same, you're right.

I have one of these and it's a nice sink but I kinda wish I'd gotten one with the motion sensor on the side. It's a little too easy to activate accidentally while doing larger dishes.

Similar to many other posters, I concur this is junk. Don't buy. Sensors stopped working after a few months, after a couple years,
Cold water hose broke in half. Lucky I was around the kitchen area to turn off the main valve- would of been a night mare if I was not home. Do not buy.

I got this faucet either 4 or 5 years ago; probably 4 but can't quite remember. I absolutely love it. I have never had to change the batteries, and I have a household of 5 including 3 teenagers. I'm sure the batteries will die tomorrow cause I posted this. I did have one problem with this which is that about a year ago, the handle came off in my hand, which actually gave me a good laugh and I was thinking of just replacing it with vice grips. My husband fixed it though. The only real complaint I have is I wish the sprayer came out further, but it's not a huge deal.
It has exceeded my expectations, especially on battery life. I didn't think I'd like it as much as I did, but being able to just wave your hand to turn the faucet on is great. Now I go to other people's houses and secretly pity them for having to turn on their faucet manually. They're living like animals!

I've also had this for atleast 3 years from a SD. Last year the nozzle stopped disengaging the sprayer back to regular flow and would not turn off when being reset back to the base. The sensor worked fine.

Easily emailed their customer support and they had me send proof of purchase. They then sent an entire new head unit. Easy swap and back to normal.
The same thing happened to mine. I got to try this. I just need that black button.

This faucet has been working ok. I dont like the position of the sensor. Whenever I am washing something large, it would trigger the sensor to turn on or off when I dont want it to.

I have mine for almost 5 years and the black box is finally not allowing water through. Operating on manual mode currently. I think I've only had to change the batteries only twice. And each time only one battery was a little more drained than the rest though all still tested green. Called them up and got a hold of someone in 3 minutes and they're sending out another black box.

The oil rubbed bronze finish is 125$. https://a.co/d/hMFAleq

I think this faucet is probably the only thing that hasn't been replaced in my kitchen in 6 years since we have it. Faucet cartridge was fixed after 4 years (which they sent us for free). Kitchen survives daily cooking so it likely has 10k water activations on it. However it functions flawlessly and still presents like new.

Installed mine in 2019. It has worked flawlessly for my family of 6 and still looks and runs like the day I installed it. I've only needed to replace the batteries once.
