washer!

The sensor started malfunctioning after a year. Would not recommend.

I've also had this for atleast 3 years from a SD. Last year the nozzle stopped disengaging the sprayer back to regular flow and would not turn off when being reset back to the base. The sensor worked fine.

Easily emailed their customer support and they had me send proof of purchase. They then sent an entire new head unit. Easy swap and back to normal.

Love this faucet. Had worked perfect in my old townhome for 2 years after being installed, then when we moved I installed another in our new house and 2 years still going perfect now. Building a small place out back for the in-laws so gonna put this in there also. Make it seamless going from our place to there place not having to touch the faucet to turn it on. No regrets in purchasing this. Easy quick install, batteries lasted over a year before needing changed, and love the quick auto off/on when you pull down the faucet and let go and it retracts back and shuts off.

Not sure why all the hate on this.

Perfect faucet, looks good and doesn't break the bank. I've had 2. Batteries last a long time.

Besides the bad branding, this faucet can't handle hot water (>150F) Things break after a year. I have the same in another unit where the water isn't as hot and it's still good after 5 years.
It's not good to use 150F temperature in the kitchen sink, my water heater itself is capped to 125F. And as you said it works great at lower temperature I used it for over 2 years and just changed the battery recently. The best part is that it turns on by just pulling it down and turns off when you release it back

Eats batteries like a fat kid eats cake. I have to change the 4 AAAA every 4-6 months.

companies warranty has replaced all parts without questions. I'll probably go with a powered unit next time.

Avoid this blank LIKE THE PLAGUE.

They have a horrible reliability record. Stick with Kohler or Moen
