HOW TO PARTICIPATE: The Promotion consists of both a Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game. To participate in the Promotion, you must have or create a Realtor.com account. For best experience, create and log into your Realtor.com account before playing each day. You may also sign up for notifications and clues for the Promotion. During the Promotion Period, visit Realtor.com/rentalsearchparty ("Website"). Follow the links and instructions and daily clue(s) to search for the applicable day's QR code hidden within the rental listing images on Realtor.com/Rentals. Once you locate the applicable QR code, scan it with your mobile device or click on it and follow the links and instructions to successfully complete and submit the registration form including your full name and your valid email address and other details, as required. If you have not done so previously, you will be prompted to log in to your Realtor.com account or to create a Realtor.com account, if you do not already have one. If you are the first person to find and scan or click on the applicable QR code and to complete and submit the registration form for the applicable First-In Instant Win Game prize, you will be the potential winner of that First-In Instant Win Game prize, subject to acceptance and verification by Sponsor. You will also receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes drawing. If you are not the first person to and scan or click on the applicable QR code and to complete and submit the registration form, you will be notified of that and you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes drawing. If no one locates the applicable day's hidden QR code before 11:59 p.m. PT, the applicable First-In Instant Win Game prize will remain un-awarded and will be part of the alternate prize drawing.
Limit: There is a limit of one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person, per day throughout the Promotion Period and a limit of one (1) winning Instant Win Game play per person or per household during the Promotion Period.
