I got this one a while back and absolutely love it!
My one complaint is there is nowhere on the body to hook those attachments. I am always afraid I am going to lose it or put it down somewhere when I asm switching things around. I wish it had a place to store it so that when it is in the closet, everything is connected on the stick.
Also make sure to clean the sensing sensors or else it when on sense cleaning it will go into full blast and stay like til the battery drains which will be quick. I thought my unit was broke til i read the instructions on that part lol. Not sure if anyone has ran into that part yet but mine started doing that after about every 4th use because i have a german shepherd so i suck up tons of dusty pet dander and that stuff sticks to those 2 little sensors like glue.

I paid close to $200 for mine on a sale... and its worth every penny. If your ok with getting a factory refurb go for it.

PS. if its for light use i would go with a robot, since they have come a long way in recent years and do a great sob collecting dust. Get this if you have a dog that sheds a lot or have kids that are constantly making a lot of mess.

Can this handle a husky? I have a cheap generic stick vac and it's constantly getting clogged

I have the non pet pro version thats blue, it does very well with extremely long hair not getting stuck in the roller or clogging the tube so for a huskey I would say probably way better than any competitor.

If I already didn't have 1 of the older pros, and now 3 robo vacs, I would have jumped on this.

I've always hoped to find a reasonably priced cordless stick vac that can serve as a main vac for regular use. Haven't resorted to a pricy Shark or Dyson yet but nothing else works well enough or for very long: tried a Tineco that people love, a no-name that got great reviews, a Dirt Devil, and currently using a Ryobi 18V that can be a real pain. They all clog up in multiple places really easily. Maybe I'll try this Shark, but with 2 cats and a husky mix I may need to either vacuum every other day or stick with a full-size vacuum.

Tho expensive, I use an automated Roborock S6 robot daily in conjunction with a weekly deep clean shark vacuum and that has been an excellent solution for keeping my home clean with dogs and not having to actively vacuum daily.

How do these Shark sticks compare to a corded Shark, suction wise? Asking because my Black and Decker stick vac is fine for what it is, and was indeed inexpensive, but has nowhere near the suck of the corded Shark.

I own both and it's not as strong as the corded but much more convenient to use. My 2 biggest complaints with the cordless is the opening on the roller is much smaller and can get clogged up if your vacuuming up bigger pieces. It also makes this strange noise when pulling the vaccume back towards you. It's like a screeching sound it makes. It does a fantastic job otherwise picking up dirt and dog hair and so light and convenient. Highly recommend at this price, I paid 150 a year ago and felt that was still a good value. Battery life is ok and can get my 1300 sq ft condo on a single charge using the high power suction trigger most of the time.

Looking for something to clean up after a toddler. Mostly crumbs, loose dirt, cereal, etc. Will this be enough suction? Or better to splurge for something like a dyson v11 so I can also vacuum the rugs and not get the corded vac out?

I have this (non-refurbished version) and honestly I'm a bit disappointed with the suck power and the battery life. It does a great job of picking up clumps of hair from my Burnese mountain dog but always leaves non-clumps behind and my place never truly feels clean. I also can't get through the whole house on one charge. I end of using it just for the stairs.

I've had this for a year or so now with heavy use from 3 hairy pets. It's very good and convenient, though obviously not good enough to replace our old shark navigator corded model on carpet. It simply doesn't have the same power, but that's expected of cordless.

The other thing that is pretty annoying is that every 2-3 uses it will start to clog at the suction hole in the bottom of the vacuum and you have to pop the bottom lid off and clear it out by hand. For the price, convenience, and size, i'd definitely buy again. especially for non-carpeted floors.

I've been looking for one of these stick vacs in the sub-$150 range. Will use it 80% as a dustbuster for quick pick ups/ quick sweeps between doing a full cleaning with my full sized vac. No pets, and mostly hard floors, so this will probably do pretty well for me. I think I'll give it a try!

I ordered a refurb Shark UZ565H on Woot the other day for $90.00. Which one is better? Reviews seem to point towards the UZ565H.

Will this work for regular hair? My wife's hair sheds a lot since having our second baby. Unfortunately our puggle passed 2 years ago, which would have worked well for this I assume.
